Senior Designer ✌️

Hey, I’m Daniel - a designer who believes creativity is both a gift from God and a tool to move people, shape culture, and build things that matter.

I started designing when I was 18 - making logos, posters, and early websites that definitely shouldn’t have worked but somehow did. By the time I hit 20, I was deep in the world of UX/UI - obsessed with how products feel, how users move through flows, and how great design could turn something basic into something unforgettable.

Over the years, I’ve worked with dozens of startups - from solo founders with a Figma idea to funded teams racing toward launch. I’ve redesigned brands, built out full web experiences, shaped product direction, and created design systems that scale. Whether it’s an early MVP or a full-on rebrand, I bring structure, speed, and a bit of creative chaos.

I’m officially certified by Framer, Webflow, Contra, and Jitter, and have built 25+ templates across multiple platforms. (Not just for fun - real templates used by real teams.) I also prototype heavily in Figma (with Lottie and Jitter for motion), and I’ve helped founders launch sites that convert better, raise more, and just feel right.

I move fast. I ask the hard questions. I sweat the details. And I make sure what we’re building doesn’t just look good - it makes sense, and it gets results.

If you’re building something bold and need a designer who gets it (and gets it done), I’m your guy.

Let’s make something that stands out - and ships.

Stephen Mayer, a Salt Lake City native, was nurtured in the publishing world by his magazine-running father and developed a fascination for fonts upon receiving a Mac for his family. During his collegiate years, he skipped lectures and gained knowledge about typeface—and life—by working as a designer for his university newspaper.

He also worked independently as a consultant, bridging the gap between typeface creators and users, always championing the needs of both parties. Not only is he the co-founder of the web platforms, Typographica and Fonts In Use, Stephen has also penned a regular column for Print magazine and authored the acclaimed book The Anatomy of Type. In 2017, he became an integral part of the nonprofit library and museum, Letterform Archive, as an Associate Curator and Editorial Director.
